Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 working days, however in most cases we ship within 1 working day.

Refund / Exchange Policy

We hope you will love our deodorant, however, if it’s not right for you we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for first time customers only. 

If you change your mind after receiving your new deodorant you can return it to us in it’s original, resalable condition. We will only be able to offer a refund / exchange if your item remains unopened and unused, for reasons of hygiene.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please email theteam@purcompany.co.uk with your order number so that we can assist you with arranging the return of your product.

You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Except in the case of returning faulty items, shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it’s best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please confirm your cancellation in writing to us via email theteam@purcompany.co.uk. 

If your order has already been dispatched prior to cancellation, returning is at the cost of the purchaser.

We will issue a refund once goods have been received in satisfactory condition, unopened and unused and packaging undamaged.

Your money will be refunded within 30 working days.
